We do not sell your personal information in exchange for money.

“Sharing” for advertising

Some California privacy rules treat certain advertising-related disclosures as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising. When enabled, tools like the Meta Pixel may receive identifiers and online activity signals to measure performance and improve advertising.

How to opt out (two ways)

1) Global Privacy Control (GPC)

If your browser or device sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of sale or sharing for that browser or device where required by applicable law.

2) Email request

Email support@raregenetics.co with the subject line:
Do Not Sell or Share Request

Include:

• Your full name

• The email address you used with us (and phone number only if you used one at checkout)

We will respond and honor verified requests as required by applicable law. We will not require you to create an account to submit a request.

What happens after you opt out

• You can still shop normally.

• You may still see ads, but they may be less relevant.

• Requests tied to browser/device signals apply to that browser/device. Email requests apply to information we can reasonably associate with the contact details you provide.

No discrimination

We will not deny goods or services, charge different prices, or provide a different level of quality because you exercised a privacy right.
