How to submit a request (two ways)

1. Contact form: submit through our Contact page and choose “Privacy Request” (or write “California Privacy Request” in the message).

2. Email: send to support@raregenetics.co with subject: California Privacy Request

Include:

• your full name

• the email you used with us (and phone number only if you used it at checkout)

• the request type: Know, Access, Delete, Correct, Portability

We may request additional information to verify your identity and protect against fraud.

Opt out of sale or sharing

Use our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information (California) page. We also honor Global Privacy Control signals where required.

Authorized agents

You may use an authorized agent. We may require proof of authorization and verification of your identity.

No discrimination

We do not deny goods or services or change prices because you exercised a privacy right.
