Because our products are perishable and regulated, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Order issues
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, email us within 48 hours of it being marked as delivered at support@raregenetics.co
Include your order number and clear photos so we can review it quickly.
If approved, we will resolve it case by case with a replacement or store credit, at our discretion.
Changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us immediately after purchase. Once fulfillment begins, we can’t guarantee changes.
