• You are responsible for ensuring that purchasing, possessing, and using our products is legal where you live.

• We sell hemp-compliant products only where permitted, and we may block or cancel orders to restricted destinations.

Products and compliance

We sell hemp-derived cannabis products labeled as THCA where allowed. Product availability, restrictions, and compliance can change due to state rules and enforcement.

COAs: We provide Certificates of Analysis (COAs) for batches. COAs are provided for transparency and informational purposes.

Natural variation: Cannabis is an agricultural product. Aroma, taste, appearance, moisture, and potency can vary by batch.

Accuracy of information: We aim to provide accurate product information, but we do not guarantee that descriptions, images, lab results, or other content are error-free or current at all times. We may update product information and availability without notice.

Health and safety disclaimer

Content on the Site is for informational purposes only and is not medical advice. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Effects vary by person and dosage.

Delivery estimates: Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, service disruptions, or events outside our control.

Delivery status: An order is considered delivered when the carrier marks it delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Returns and issue resolution

Returns and issue handling are provided in our Returns & Issue Resolution policy. In general, all sales are final once an order ships due to the nature of the products. If there’s an issue, you must contact us within the timeframe listed in that policy.

Shopify platform

The Site is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to sell products to you. Sales are made directly with Rare Genetics LLC. Shopify is not responsible for sales between you and us.
